Slave is what this company feels about their employees. No budget and they do not pay their bills on time.

I can't think of one...Thinking...Thinking... Provides a fast paced environment keeping you on your toes? Housing is usually provided so at least you don't have to drive far in between your routine 18 hour days.

Cons

Extreme micromanagement. Abrupt policy changes. Doesn't pay bills so vendors wont work with company. High turnover. Immoral practices. Employees treated like robots not people. Irratic decision making. Volatile owner. Days off do not exist. Top heavy organization. Bonuses are never paid out.

Educational experience, unfortunately management did not appreciate all the hours and dedication that you gave them.

Pros

Compensation and benefits were good. A few good people at corporate but the best upper managers always ended up leaving.

Cons

Bills not paid, everything was COD. We were not trusted and many times degraded during the conference calls.
