Pros
Have worked in Morgan McKinley for over 2 years . They have always been fair and put back into staff what staff put in. I have been offered the chance to gain experience in a number of areas. Management have always been helpful and encouraging and there is a huge investment in training to the point where it can feel excessive but it’s appreciated.
Cons
Benefits not great considering it’s a recruitment company and they see what other companies offer. None of the offices offer parking which can be costly given the location of most of the offices.

Pros
The culture and quality of clients are the two real stand out's for me at MMK. The office location is also a big plus. Everyone is approachable and helpful from day 1 for any new joiner and make you feel welcome. There is a competitive culture which I like but I guess might not suit everyone - but it is the nature of the job we do. I am surprised to read reviews of MMK being a heavy KPI organisation - I've worked in other well known agencies and this is the least KPI driven company I have worked for! Typically KPI's are utilised when people are struggling to help them succeed. Clear career trajectory - I have 2 managers in my divisions who joined at consultant level and worked their way up. One of them was promoted twice in a year. I would say arguably the best incentives of any recruitment company in Ireland - 5 star hotel trips every 6 months and annual trip overseas for top performers. Early Friday finish too.
Cons
When I joined initially, diversity was a challenge across the business - but that has changed in the last 2 years in particular.

Pros
I recently joined Morgan McKinley and I must say, the interview and onboarding process was a smooth experience. From the initial phone screening to the final interview, the recruiters were friendly, professional, and transparent about the company and the role. They ensured I was well-informed about the position, the company culture, and the expectations before moving forward. Once I accepted the offer, the onboarding process was seamless. I received all the necessary information and materials well in advance and was provided with ample opportunities to ask questions and get acclimated. The HR team made sure all my paperwork and benefits were in order, and my manager and team members were ready to welcome me with open arms on my first day. Overall, I was impressed with how organised and efficient the process was, and it made for a very positive first impression of the company. It's clear that Morgan McKinley values its employees and takes their onboarding seriously. I feel fortunate to be part of such a supportive and welcoming team, and I look forward to contributing to the company's success in the future.
Cons
Nothing to flag at this moment in time.
