Great people to work with. Fantastic manager and supervisors. They gave a very good severance package though.

Was a far more employee friendly prior to 2008. Many benefits disappeared started in 2008, even small things such as cookies at Christmas. Thanksgiving turkey gift cards, etc.... Upper management is totally out of touch with the average employee and also they really have no idea on how to proceed with the current restructure of offshoring 500+ operations and technical employees to Poland, Mexico, Bulgaria, total mess. I'd watch this company in the near future, wouldn't be surprised if it goes under. The CEO needs to step away from her throne and see what is actually happening with the organization. They really don't follow the values they proclaim and hold the rest of the employees accountable to.

Great global footprint. No 2 or 3 in world size wise. Great people. Good Coffee.

Cutbacks, layoffs, senior management do not seem to be able to effectively manage the global organization. it is a very miserable place to be with limited benefits, pay increases, little to no bonus, no share options paid out in past 3 years. Very troubled company

A positive and friendly company culture with an emphasis on ethics and and employee engagement. Very good benefits and facilities. Great people, and a professional and fun atmosphere. A focus on emerging technologies and business opportunities. Very much an international company with opportunities to work in other countries. An exciting place to be with emerging markets and new technologies and models for alternative financial services.

somewhat concerned about plan to move more offices into collaborative (open) arrangements, especially for professionals accustomed to traditional / closed office environments

Some great people working throughout the organization that truly care about the customer and safe transfers. Being able to work with people from around the world everyday creates an atmosphere that you cannot find in most other organizations.

Too many of the top leaders (not all) cut back the employees, budgets, and product/service quality for the sake of hitting their personal bonuses. The employees do notice this when the leadership finances are reported at the end of the year. Then the corporate line "do more with less" rings hollow.

Pros

Some really great people, if you get the right manager, it's better. Depending on the manager and the position, some people get some flexibility with work hours.

Cons

narrow focus, short sighted, high turnover. Too many chiefs, not enough Indians. narrow focus on numbers means the company is losing sight to longer term goals and aspirations. Actually, I don't think the company has aspirations. Right now, it's only about survival. Day to day survival.

Pros

Great people to work with and great opportunities to learn.

Management has been sloppy in the past which triggered a full restructuring, this was due to bad budgeting, bad investments and a lot of bad decisions.

Great people to work with and a lot of room to develop yourself. International presence and multi-cultural work environment is great.

Cons

Sometimes a bit chaotic and not enough resources to achieve the desired targets, so you have to figure out how to "make a way"
