I have been working at MoneyGram International full-time for more than 10 years

    Pros

Bonuses are decent and they plan financially well for your bonus.

    Cons

Unorganized, too many hands in the pot and managers that only care about their numbers and ratings. Strict deadlines and they keep trying to squeeze them tighter. Things were great until they brought certain people on and moved them up. Everyone is stressed beyonds words on my team. I loved the company my first few years but things quickly took a 360. No work/life balance ..at least, not on my team. I have no energy or motivation for anything else after I am done with just my daily duties.
