Pros

Skill developing environment. Can learn more as a junior.

Cons

Unpractical Leads. Lop for 10min late. No work life balance. You will be asked to work whole month. No health conscious on employee. Meditation required to hold our patience to work here.

Pros

Can learn something about e-learning(only if you have good PM)

Cons

Bad reviews - don't consider changing into good reviews... Instead, add few good reviews to hide it from people Timing (they will make you stay for minimum 10 hours... If you are lucky... You will get 1 hour reduction) Saturday off- very rare... If there is a government holiday in a weekday, forget about the Saturday leave Late 1 min _ half day LOP Girls working late _ who cares? Flood- office will be there... You can go if you want, but with LOP Infrastructure_ please don't ask about that Restrooms- have to wait in a long queue Work_iniially they say quality... Then it will be changed to quantity Pressure_ the only thing they can give above anything even salary Salary- Even a little tea shops will earn way more than you Appraisal- cannot expect from them. If asked, they will say we are different organisation HR _ don't know why they are there. If problem, no solution... Just brain wash( often with the same story) HR policy_ total nonsense... 3 months notice period with no salary Respect - there won't be anything, if you work there Employee queries._ no care at all You work well_ will load more Employers_ only visit during their birthdays and functions Their strategy_ recruit people who are desperate for job and money. Will load them with work, scare them with notice period if they wanna leave and again lots of work Work culture_ treating colleagues as slaves Boundary_ none. More interested in your personal life than you. Ppl who don't work and don't know anything- top level management Ppl who chat the whole day_ top level management Took a week sick leave - work extra hours the next week to compensate that leave Didn't complete extra work- come and work on government holidays with no compensation If they feel a little tight with a month's salary_ ask 10 employees to leave(no notice period for such case) Ask questions to management- leave No PM _ promote you as Pm, if they got any Pm, immediate depromote with false accusations Overall comments- worst place to work
