Where to start... Lets start with the CEO. To say an ego maniac is an understatement. Elon Musk wannabe ego maniac spoiled rich kid burning through daddys money. Will openly dress down employees in front of the entire team. His idea of a motivational speech is be prepared to do whatever is expected of you and more and if you don't there is the door. He actually proposed paying people to leave if they were not 1000% committed. Doesn't care if you have a family or any type of personal responsibilities. He will berate employees without hesitation. No performance reviews or guidance at all. You are expected to figure out what their ever changing expectations are and if he doesn't like you your fired. Period just a matter of time. Totally unorganized in planning trips leaving you scrambling to figure things out. He makes all kinds of nonsense passive aggressive comments so be prepared to feel like garbage time and time again. Benefits are okay but not great. This company breeds everyone for themselves (all for none and none for all). They use terms like "team" but you will be stabbed in the back if it benefits others. If you join this company you better not make mistakes or annoy the ego maniac because you WILL regret it.
