I have been working at Mitchells & Butlers part-time for less than a year

    Pros

There is great opportunity for training and to work your way up within the company and there's lots of online training to do to make sure you're ready for new changes within the restaurants. You also get a discount at all the restaurants under their management, even though you only work in one of them.

    Cons

They don't always treat staff well, and can randomly offer you considerably less hours, as they don't always have fixed contracts (I think).

    Cons

Getting ahold of basic supplys is almost impossible with the area managers not allowing you to buy stuff thats needed because of budget cuts. Then when they come down they question why you havent been doing tjings properly
