      Backwards thinking, no way to make progress

      Fulfilling work, serving a population in need

      Cons

      Board is much more concerned with their own needs than those of the people they are serving. Ineffective work being done. Leadership is out of touch, not progressive. ultra-conservative, backward ways of thinking are pervasive among leadership.

      Fellow staff is extremely committed to the cause.

      The administration at the top is manipulative and does not treat workers fairly. Everyone is looked at as replaceable.

      Pros

      Amazing staff and leadership! Very generous compensation (surprising for a non-profit, but leadership ensures staff is cared for well), including terrific benefits package. Love the commitment to Christ and the lift transformation that happens through the programs.

      None! While no job is perfect, this comes pretty close.
