    Everyday work/life balance can be difficult as you must be available to assist your stores 7 days a week during business hours.

    You get a lot of experience in this field. You are able to learn ways to sell as a sales rep position. You have a great team behind you to help you with whatever you may second guess.

    The franchises are usually rub by scammers. They care only about their profit and their pockets, not about their employees.
