      Disorganized chaos, management is lost, horrible work culture

      Pros

      Have worked with great people through the years. Currently they have either been laid off or quit.

      Cons

      Management has been trying to inflict more change in the last year than what has occurred aggregately through the last 5 years. Employees are left in the dark - difficult to accept change when transparency is lacking. Poor compensation.

      A handful of coworkers that I adore. Autonomy

      Cons

      Unprotected territories except for a few. Woke culture that doesn’t allow for opposing values. There has been a steady elimination of the people that once made this company great. Restrictions of finance for all resource sectors. Ideological agenda that is core to the company that should be based on finance. No camaraderie any more and it feels cold and corporate instead of the employee centered culture previous to the new President.
