    Pros

Awesome PTO and ESB time Flexible Schedule Great People to work with Great work/life balance

    Cons

Shutting down breakfast at the remote locations. Difficulty finding help to fill some positions

    Advice to Management

Leadership at Mercy is very good in the department that I work in. Some leaders are stretched too thin though and have too many departments they are trying to manage.

I have been working at Mercy full-time for more than 8 years

    Pros

Great people around you working toward a common goal.

    Cons

Uneducated individuals move up to leadership without having the qualifications to be a true leader. Time at a job does not make you good at your job.

    Advice to Management

Interview individuals - do not send emails stating that you are continuing your search without knowing the abilities of the person that you have not interviewed.
