Pros
Lots of opportunity to see the country. Great way for young people to enter the workforce. Lots of skill building and the ability to build client relationships.
Cons
Extremely high turnover rate. There is no concern for employee mental health or needs. Project managers are very greedy and focused solely on job profits. The ability to move up is dependent not on your abilities to do the job but the relationships you've made with the management. There is extremely poor communication from department to department. Time on the road is steadily increasing, making it difficult for those with families.
