    You can get a pretty flexible schedule if you need one

    Cons

    Well, they drive your work hours very closely. By that I mean they expect you to work during your breaks. They wont say it, but it is implied by their call follow up policy. Second, its is a no escalation model, so basically, if you arent friends with any tier 2s or 3s, you can forget about getting any help. And all the supervisors understand is to tell you to put your problems on the board or in chat

    -Excellent place to work; Nice atmosphere, well paid and excellent compensations and benefits

    -Place where is located the headquarters and unable to provide you an option to work from home
