I loved the entire recruitment process and the recruiters' attitude—they made me feel right at home. The company offers a great work-life balance, and within my team, our managers are open to listening and encourage autonomy. Additionally, the short sprints help maintain focus and productivity.

Development is done on Windows. The salaries and Cibus benefits are mid-tier.
