Pros
The people under management.
Cons
The promises that were made to persuade me to join this company were never kept!!! I now regret that I didn't trust my initial instincts especially after reading the accurate reviews of this company. I did address my concern with my hiring manager and even the exec leadership who assured me that the reviews were inaccurate and also assured me that this is the company for me. I sadly bought the rhetoric. This company is known for the misogynistic attitude driven by egos.. My view only, is the women in IT were making significant improvements by implementing policies, process and procedures and there were road blocks put into place by male peers and these road blocks were supported by the new management Within the last month, 5 women in IT have resigned or have been made redundant. There is very little understanding of people management within this company or they choose not to understand. HR is so afraid by the executives their hands are tied when it comes to implementing reform. The company are skilled at lying to auditors in order to make sure make all the 'tick boxes' are 'ticked' they need to pass audits and maintain their standing with UPS and Healthcare. This leads to a constant 'fight or flight' culture!!! With highly skilled staff being dismissed If you don't adhere to this warped culture. Another interesting fact is: within the year, 70% of all new hires left the company within the first 3 months they started. This is a known statistic within this company. T Please read the reviews of others on this site we all can't be wrong or disgruntled. Don't sell your soul for this company or stay for the paycheck it is not worth your sanity.
