Working from home is the strongest pro.
Pros
If you like taking apart and reassembling computers, then you'll enjoy working at Marin. Understanding the complex infrastructure is challenging and keeps your working day interesting. You'll be relying on word of mouth and your own testing of how the App works, rather than referring to documentation.
Cons
That's where the issues start. There are very obvious publicly known issues with the product and its documentation, and whilst management is using a lot of empty words to sell minor improvements as if it were the next big thing, nothing to little actually changes. Similarly, you won't be leaving a footprint on the product because there is no real bottom up initiative to listen to employees who are suggesting improvements or spotting bugs. Different teams within the company are treated very differently.
