    Pros

Free super good quality food. Flexible work environment. Comfortable work environment, people is very nice. Nice product and project.

    Cons

Focused too much on the computer science and neglect the other engineering fields. They do not optimise the full potential of the employees in some departments.

    I worked at Magazino

    Pros

I've been working for Magazino as an Intern during 2018. Here are some points, summarizing the benefits of working for this company: Tech Related: - Impressive know-how and the company always tries to use cutting edge technologies for boosting their product. - The product is very advanced, and working for a project of this scale can help you improve your skills a lot As a working experience: - Very good startup atmosphere - Flexible management (meaning that employees complaints and requests are always taken into account) - Coworkers are very kind and always eager to help you - Hard work is recognized and rewarded ( for instance, people are prompted to present their important work at conferences like ROSCon ) Overall my experience with Magazino was very positive and I would definitely recommend it, especially for entry-level people in the fields of Robotics or CS.

    Cons

    - The company sometimes can be too ambitious, resulting in tight deadlines and heavy workload. - The onboarding procedure can be definitely improved. - For the deployment positions, you will have to travel a lot, which slowly becomes very tiring
