Pros

Good work culture. Work life balance. Mostly fixed working hours and do not need to extend.

Cons

Salaries are very low. Promotions are hard to get.

Pros

Company have a really one of the good top level management

Cons

1. Nothing much to learn in technical aspects for experienced people. 2. Middle level management ( reporting manager ) are full of liars and untrustworthy people. ( At least in team in which I had worked ) 3. A lot of regionalism ( at least in the team  in which I had worked )
