Flat organizational structure hence easy to approach management. Growth opportunity are there is you are hard working.

Cons

The company does not want to spend money on employees, very minimum travel policies, in fact, you will end up paying from your own pockets, No DA. Employees are treated relatively well by everyone but their benefits are not the first priority of the Management.
