      Don’t work here

      Pros

Pay is ok, and benefits. The work is easy.

      Cons

Management, rude co workers. Hours changed and, over hiring to where there isn’t enough work to get 40 hours in now. Can easily get in trouble. Corporate is always willing to fire you, and they don’t care because they make all the money while you do all the work. No work life balance at all, and they don’t care if you have children to take care of, or an end time to tell a babysitter. Only get three call offs, so if you’re sick, too bad. Pay is not enough after hours where cut, and now we took a huge cut in pay after overtime was reduced and work load is minimal on certain days. They don’t allow you to wear a coat into the building anymore, and it’s winter time. Or gloves. Even a bank allows you to wear that stuff and has a coat rack. At least at a bank you can put your purse behind the teller line. Here they take it too far with security measures. This isn’t Fort Knox. There isn’t any advancement opportunities or enough positions available for experience or better pay.

No Work Life Balance - Very Disorganized

      Pros

Good Manager who tried his best under difficult circumstances Lots of overtime available Friendly Staff

      Cons

Totally overworked, huge turnover of staff, minimal work/life balance. Be prepared to walk into a place where you are expected to adapt constantly to more and more work. If you are single and don't care about not seeing your family then maybe this will work temporarily. If you have a family I would look somewhere else

      Poor Management

      Pros

almost none, complete joke of a company to work for.

      Cons

ridiculous hours compared to the compensation, basically need to get overtime to make money, management was almost non-existent, unsafe work environment, unsafe work vehicles, high risk low reward. no work/life balance. coworkers complain if things don't go THEIR way, there is no end time, you could be out until 12am and they would still want you back in at your start time the next day.
