    Pros

At one point it was quiet a great place to work, great atmosphere and great teams.

Recent change ups which truly made advancing within the company much harder. Larger hour cut backs since the team while theoretically cross trained have experienced next to little. But sharing the hours pool means everyone gets cut

    Cons

Split days off, last minute scheduling, can’t plan ahead. Unrealistic expectations. Always cutting employee hours to “save money” leaving you short handed almost every day. But as a supervisor you should be able to do theirs and your jobs to completion every day.
