I worked at London Capital Group full-time for more than a year

    Pros

Working from home during COVID and not having to be in that life sucking office. I reviewed work/life balance as 3* because while you have to be in the office, there is very little to do so you can sit there playing chess, on tinder, netflix. Whatever really! And the snacks are the highlight of my day (please see below)

    Cons

Management lack all people skills, try to sugar them over with snacktime. You aren't pulling any wool over any eyes!! Also you should pay your staff promptly and well for the meaningless work they do for you, don't be snide.

    Pros

Can’t see any to be honest

Managers only care about themselves. They asked their subordinates to do everything just for them to look good in front of their boss

I worked at London Capital Group

    Pros

If you want to succeed here the moto is '' forget your mental health''

    Cons

Working for LCG is like working in a psychiatric facility run by the most insane patients. Thank god clients are too greedy to think how or when we and the competition are syphoning every cent of their budget.

I have been working at London Capital Group full-time for more than a year

    Pros

Very innovative company. Stays ahead of the curve in the trading industry despite difficult market conditions. The place to be for ambitious people. International team of experts.

    Cons

Required skills in marketing are above average. I don't recommend for beginners in marketing. The market is moving fast, and marketing needs to be reinvented on a regular basis.

I have been working at London Capital Group full-time for more than a year

    Pros

Good salary, the best colleagues. The company gives what it promises, unlike several other brokers I've worked for.

    Cons

Some issues with management, such as the inability to reach them when required. Certain things never get done.

I have been working at London Capital Group full-time for less than a year

    Pros

It's quite possible that you will witness someone truly losing it there.

    Cons

I now understand what it must be like to live under the ruthless rule of a psychotic dictator. Endless string of terrible decisions made by management and company owner. Staff treated like cattle The company had become a joke in the industry Almost every single member of staff is actively looking for new jobs
