      - Nice new office located in city centre

      Cons

      - Low cost culture - Very bad management & leadership - Slow, irritating IT systems - Incompetent workforce - Not open to improvement or change - No possible career progression - No talent retention - high employee turnover - Poor salaries - Not appreciated for the work you do - Leadership are condescending - Need I go on?......

      I've been working at LocalEyes for over 2 years and I have to say it is an incredible opportunity for me. At the start of my journey with them, I had a very personalized interview and the recruiter made me feel comfortable and at ease. The onboarding process was quick and smooth, and they were happy to answer all my questions and concerns. Soon I felt very welcomed, also thanks to the team-building activities organized. I’m glad to be part of a team of people from all nationalities, which brings diversity and different points of view to the table. I’m not only developing my career, but also learning every day from all the amazing people I’m lucky to be working with.

      I have not had negative experiences with the company in the time I have worked here.
