      Pros

      One of the best things about working for Link is that they really try to promote a team atmosphere. They also promote regular events to engage everyone and make you feel part of the team. Whether it is backyard barbecues, food trucks, chili cook offs or 12 days of Christmas with gifts, there is always something going on. We have many people working for the company that have been here for years and years. We have a great blend of senior level folks and new talent from brand new to being here just a year or two.

      Cons

      Sometimes the hiring process can take a long time but it is what I believe limits the turnover once a person starts. We don't have the revolving door of people coming and going.
