      Pros

      - Well-funded startup with prominent investors - A true entrepreneurial company which gives you the opportunity to really take ownership if you are up for it - Very ambitious leadership team and people in general - Solving an interesting problem

      Cons

      - Lack of standardisation and process (I guess it's expected in a company at this stage) - Roll-out of options has been quite slow - Hours can be long

      Pros

      - At the leading edge of logistics. - People/Colleagues here are like family, caring and considerate. Everyone is looking out to for each other. Our success is as a team not as an individual, this keeps getting repeated to us and is something that really shows when things get really busy! - Really clever and experienced people working at all levels of tech - Growing tech function meaning quick career and role progression - Multiple Products so don't get bored - Adopt new technologies quickly and effciently to solve real problems. - Global reach of the product and clients - Everyone has a vested interest in the company (stock options based on tenure) - The whole organisation is in a Hyper Growth phase where every day is an adventure, exposure to different cultures, technologies and clients.

      Cons

      - Its a startup so can get quite hectic at times. - You do need to put in extra hours but the company makes sure they recompense you for your time where/how they can. - Growing Very Fast (HyperGrowth)- Growth can be painful but also exhilarating - Recruitment process is not fast enough to cope with the demand. - Lead times to get clients live can be very aggressive - Need more staff all around.

      It used to be a fun place and creative place to work.

      Cons

      They recently downsized aggressively in every department except the CxO layer. They have cut the company to the bare bones and inexplicably let most of the top talent go - either through * redundancy * a reluctance to adequately compensate * unrealistic expectations * lack of coherent plan
