      Pros

Worked here for 2 years and I absolutely love my role and the team I work with. So much progression within the team, tonnes of training and most importantly a team who are all so friendly, helpful and great fun!

      Cons

Can be fast paced at times, but overall the good massively outweighs the bad Salary isn’t the best in the market but benefits are improving

      Sometimes good, sometimes bad...

      Pros

Staff are generally top notch. Staff discount was okay. Very open to progressing staff. Always changing store layout. A lot of ideas and thoughts are open to consideration. RM's are generally fast acting.

      Cons

From a former STL's perspective: Daily emails to Higher Up's? - why? you have invested thousands if not more into a brand new POS system which generates reports, show peak and low times in store yet management/STL's need to write you an email each day explaining it to you. Constant recalls - Again, these new systems should be able to calculate these sorts of issues, if its a stock issue for other stores, DON'T TAKE OUR STOCK AND LEAVE US SHORT! If you still plan to do this, take all of the stock and not 80% of the items, leaving customers with little to no options in terms of size which gives your store the reputation of: 'There's nothing in there, ever'. This stock comes back in deliveries the next day too! What is the point. Poor wage - but expected as the job is easy enough, more benefits could be added to make up for it or even those who are in higher positions (NOT OFFICE POSITIONS, PEOPLE ACTUALLY WORKING IN STORE! I.E. Store Manager, Store Assistant Mgr, STL). Constant late deliveries to store... Jobs that are not a part of your level will be handed for you to deal with. If a manager leaves, good luck with expecting a new one in good time. Took multiple weeks to get a new one, staff before me said it took months to get the one previous...

      Unappreciated

      Pros

The team, without them I don’t think I would of lasted as long as I did

      Cons

Always unappreciated by higher management, no matter how much good you do they’ll always focus on the bad. I use to be expected to do a managers job on minimum wage +3% of that weekly wage which would come to about €10 more a week than a regular sales team. It’s honestly a joke how bad they pay their team for the work they do.
