Good location? Some of the staffs are great people.
Cons
Avoid at all cost. Worst management/HR I've ever seen. Redundancy is an everyday thing(no matter how recently you've joined). Morale is low, many many just trying to jump out of the ship if they can. Four letter words just about everywhere, by everyone. Pay is not great compared to the industry standard. Thinking of working for Lebara? Think again. Thinking of leaving Lebara? Leave ASAP. There are far better companies out there, not one but tons and tons.

Lebara is very multicultural and fun environment. Great people and loads of exciting projects going on. Colleagues are generally hands on.
Cons
The environment can get stressful and tense. A lot of harsh criticism on weekly/daily basis, whilst only biggest achievements are praised. Loads of time being spent on making things work better, new structures, delegations of authority, hierarchy systems in place but very little training provided hence loads of confusion and things either done unnecessary or take too long.
