My experience with Fing and Lansweeper
Pros
- Strong sense of community/connectivity or at least this is always a priority to both companies. - Employees are fantastic - the people you share spaces with are vital to how you feel in that environment. From both companies, you can find extraordinary, intelligent and helpful people everywhere. The companies also understand the importance of socialising amongst staff, and creating bonds amongst and beyond teams, again taking that extra step for the comfort of the employee. - Management and indeed Upper Management are reachable. There is nobody within my environment whom I feel I couldn't reach out to should I need it. Support is a huge priority for them. - Lack of Ambiguity. There is a clear sense of what is going on, what are focuses are, our goals that is constantly reinforced by the relevant roles, creating a channel of positivity and honesty. - Investment. These companies are willing and wanting to see you as an individual grow within yourself to build. This offers you a massive feeling of faith and the will to expand.
Cons
- Truthfully I wouldn't have many cons, because issues as I experience them I genuinely believe I could reach out internally. - My constructive feedback would be perhaps more bonding exercises or team building with people who aren't in your immediate team. This is not as easy feat, thus why I wouldn't consider this by any means a con, but even if there were some sort of group focused projects that stretched outside of just Lansweeper or Fing or etc, and allowed people from completely different roles and places to communicate!
