Terrible place to work, the managers are Disrespectful And yell at the employees.From my time working there I’ve experienced immense amount of disappointment and just frustration with that organization. I was available to work five days a week and they would schedule me to work every day even on my off days. There would be long hour shifts we would get like a 11hrs+ You would only get a 30 minute lunch break. Like that’s crazy!!! They have minors Working more than 50 hours a week and getting part-time benefits. This list could go on and on of the disorganization and lack of Professionalism the company has. Although it’s the first season there are a lot of mistakes that made that are unacceptable from an employee standpoint and a guest standpoint. Not to mention that they are transphobic and racist. Legoland is overpriced and overrated and is not a good place to work or go to at all. DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!

-Apathetic &/or self-absorbed management -Detached leadership -Resistant to taking on board feedback from customers & staff -Inefficient, contradictory policies & approach to work lead to long queues, confusion, inconsistencies, frustrated customers, and subsequently berated staff -Favoritism and nepotism: cliquey & exclusionary at times, depending on what department you work for -No inspiring figure for workforce to look up to & follow example -Large focus on high profit margins over customer/employee satisfaction -Blame culture

Pros

Legoland is a great first job as a teenager. Make a lot of friends considering 95% of the employees you're around are within 5 years of your age. Flexible with hours, will give you off what you need and are ALWAYS looking for people to pick up more shifts. Work at waterpark, almost everyone agrees that it's way better than the regular park.

Cons

Don't always get required breaks. Exhausted from lots of standing. Half the employees don't care about their job and are just there because their parents forced them to get a job.
