    Pros

    So well organized and managed AP Team. Room for growth if you show willingness. Great benefits and perks like employee discounts at company store. Really miss that till date.

    Low salary, they should not have relocated our jobs to Florida

    Great benefits - flexible work arrangements, employee stock ownership, free goods, volunteer time, etc. etc. Positive energy and atmosphere (at most locations).

    Cons

    Below industry-average direct compensation. Frustrating and unclear career roadmapping and promotion processes.

    All-around good successful company. Good structure, great people, great culture, great benefits, great flexibility, strong starting salary

    HR isn't transparent. Went against their word.
