Pros
- Interesting company and product vision - Fully remote working and lots of flexibility - Conscientious management and co-workers - New product and site in the process of being launched - it's an interesting time to be working at Kudos - There's a degree of speed and flexibility that is not found in larger organisations - Willingness to test and learn - Is fairly established and driving significant revenue unlike many startups
Cons
- As you'd expect with a startup things are in flux to an extent and you have to be on your toes and able to adapt and be comfortable with change. This should be a positive though if you're cut out to work in a startup!

Remote working Helpful team of people that all genuinely believe in Kudos Proactive mentality across the company Line manager was incredibly supportive
Cons
Working at Kudos during a pandemic was the only negative - just due to how Covid affected the business
