Pros
Great place to start working, Great tips and great management. Learn a lot about customer service and hospitality and how much detail goes into every department. Hospitality is one of the most difficult trades due to the high number of competition in the areas and the amount of investment involved but when you have bosses like so at Kinara everything is well managed and staff is always well looked after.
Cons
I would not say there are many cons about this job apart from the long hours. Sometimes not having the weekend off is annoying but you have to make sacrifices to get somewhere in life,
