Genuinely nice people to work with who were very open and willing to help you learn. Good pay, and well structured benenfits

An outdated performance process that worked on a fixed distribution curve - a fixed proportion at the bottom had to be "punished" (low salary increase, zero bonus) and a small proportion at the top were "rewarded" (higher than average bonus and salary increase). Left the majority of people demotivated and only a small proportion rewarded.
