The pay was competitive. That is all.

Cons

Very boring work environment, lack of innovation, people are resistant to change in an industry that is rapidly transforming, lack of a clear goals and vision, no communication from upper management throughout the firm to associates and personnel, No one wants to be here, the culture is stale and dull.
