We tried to help the management with some ideas of innovation, but it was all for nothing and useless!

Cons

The management is the one who RIDICULOUSLY HINDERS the growth of the company and its people. They blatantly oppose innovation and ideas coming from the employees and they're TERRIBLY adamant about it! Employees can't do anything but endure the STRESS and their TOXIC LEADERSHIP!

The benefits are good enough compared to the horrible salary rate.

Cons

In this company, employees receive poor compensation for their work despite having to deal with immense pressure and massive workload. We often have to deal with awful and ill-mannered clients on a daily basis, and the management sometimes forces us to work for extended hours. The managers expect us to give our 100% even though we're already very exhausted.

I'm unsure if the benefits can be considered a good thing because every company were supposed to provide these to the employees anyway.

Cons

It's very fast paced, VERY STRESSFUL, and VERY EXHAUSTING!!! Working felt like there's no time yo breathe, it DRIVES ME INSANE!! Then the supervisors HARASS us with better performance, managers do nothing while we''re on our wits end, it's RIDICULOUS!
