    Pros

Chill working environment, good management, good work life balance. I would say pretty good over all.

    Cons

I didn’t really like the co workers there. There was a lot of politics, which I don’t like.

    Pros

Really nice bunch of people, a company that really takes care of its employees. a company with strong growth track record and ambitions.

    Cons

As a company based in Northern Ireland, the business had tried really hard to improve its diversity. Nevertheless diversity of thought and experience are still weaknesses albeit not through any malice. The company is still tries hard to mitigate and improve through training and expansion around the globe.

    Pros

    - Team ethos - Free company events (summer, christmas) - Training provided - Company benefits

    Cons

    - Salaries don't match market standard - Promotion system isn't the best (self promotion, only two promotion runs a year) - Not all roles have the next progression steps available - Opportunities more available for delivery staff than non delivery

Definitely one of the better IT companies to work for, with a very positive ethos, culture and realistic plans to grow.

    Pros

Always a large variety of projects to work to keep you challenged and on your toes. Great opportunities to work directly with some very high profile organisations throughout the UK and Ireland, and experience first-hand how you can make a positive difference to them. A great company ethos and that genuinely takes pride in its people and is definitely putting much more focus now on nurturing the talent that it has to really get the best from them. Good opportunities for career development.

    Cons

Growing pains - to be expected over the last couple of years but sometimes (although decreasingly so) too conservative and risk-adverse in adopting ideas that will make staff’s working lives a bit easier.

A company with ambition where there are good career and work experierience opportunities.

    Pros

Strong culture based around collaborative teams and knowledge sharing. Approachable bosses (mostly). Some very bright technical people to work with and learn from and quite alot of variety in the projects undertaken. Pretty well looked after in terms of salary & allowances. If you are talented and feel that you can make a difference you are given opportunities.

    Cons

Quite a conservative company. It takes time to be recognised and trusted. Can tend to focus on the numbers rather than the interesting work that is undertaken for a variety of customers.
