Cons
Cliquey, cliquey and cliquey. No option for progression unless you are part of the clique. Badly organised work with some people being overloaded with with work and others given boring stuff to do. No work-life balance. Shared service structure they don’t tell you at interview. Hard to learn anything and new ideas not appreciated unless come from senior management who rules this place.
