I have been working at J.P. Morgan full-time for more than 5 years

    Pros

Employees are treated as assets - basic but the most important thing.

    Cons

Work life balance is little low, however company encourages for smartwork and leave early but that's fine for me given that employee gets 48 to spend in the weekend. Afterall most of the time one spends in travelling in weekday from home to office and vice versa.

    Advice to Management

Nothing as such, keep up the good job.

I worked at J.P. Morgan full-time for more than 5 years

    Pros

Often a great work/life balance, even during intense project periods. Nice facility locations. Excellent tech and tools. They make every effort to make the massive company feel smaller and more intimate, and it works to an impressive extent.

    Cons

Despite many locations, it really feels like there are a few main offices, and career growth in smaller locations feels limited. Healthcare benefits don't stack up well compared to other companies in this class. The need for absolute security can make the pace feel slow sometimes.

    Advice to Management

Connect smaller offices with larger offices in more and better ways. Don't forget about small office comforts.
