I have been working at J.C. Broderick & Associates

    Pros

The job is not very hard, it pays well, local to where you live

    Cons

unpredictable working hours and how much you work, there are weeks when you'll work over 40 hours then there are times when you'll work maybe 12 hours a week. there is never more then a days notice to when you'll work next/where you'll be working and the excuse is "contractors are unpredictable," you never know how long the work day is going to be, need to work 40 hrs to get over time - shifts could be 10+ hours with no compensation.
