Good employee benefits compared to market, bonus/merit every year (inspite of company not doing well), friendly and supportive HR, employee friendly.

Cons

Constant changes in management & organisation, no clear vision/strategy, no stability, employees are always left in a confused state, no one takes ownership, and recently it has been a total Saudi take over.

Initgral was offering good compensation packages and good medical and dental insurance Employees had the opportunity to park their cars in the basement so not much heat in the summer I think these are the only good things

Cons

Long list: Bad management No vision New CEO every 2 years The Chief strategy officer spent 5 years creating the strategy Same guy eventually was handling the IT development, the marketing side of the business and taking almost all the decision Then they kicked him out !!!! The CEO is actually a great product manager for IPTV bUt not really a CEO HR are decisive and not trust worthy They mainly work with one client in Saudi who doesnt really see any value of this company and do not respect them Simply dont try to join them
