      Company want to grow big

      lacks professionals and the current leaders are plain graduates of a time,and you can understand how they might have grown Their style is hire and fire within 2 months showing the appointment letter clauses, they have hired hundreds of senior managers in last 4 months

      HR is least interested in listening to Emlpoyee grievances No work life balance at all The Management runs around like Headless chickens. They don't know what they want to do but the approach is we have to do something even without a logical reason The most enethical people I ever worked with. My ideas presented for a product launch was taken by my boss and presented to the Sr Management without even giving me the credit and taking the entire appreciation fir it

      Was running on high esteem with a broader vision. Good and Aggressive Sales Team with some committed channel partners.

      Cons

      Some People at Head Office are ruining the fortune of the company. They are with company for > 10 Yrs for their vested interest. Chairman needs to shw better confidence in new hires. Hiring and Firing has spoiled the image of the company.
