Pros
A lot of room for advancement (if you work in the right department), Christmas bonuses for full time and part time, benefits are very good
Cons
Offers a "rewards points program" as incentive to go above and beyond in the job instead of just paying their employees more for doing more, they also actively try to limit your overtime, very difficult to get a raise big or small, very slow response time when reaching out to management or HR, doesn't seem to value the worker
