I worked at Imperial Brands full-time for more than a year

    Pros

Good benefits and work life balance, willing to invest in proving support tools, that’s it. I struggle to say much more than that.

    Cons

Terrible culture and past leadership shying away from behavioral issues which are at the core of the problem. I would strongly suggest probing these issue before applying for any role in the Irish market.

Former Employee - Trade Marketing Executive in Madrid

I worked at Imperial Brands full-time for less than a year

    Pros

International environment, career opportunities globally, young atmosphere.

    Cons

In my short stay at the company, I found it hard to establish a good relationship with my managers. Micromanagement does not begin to describe it. The salary was decent but there were no other benefits and although there weren't long hours, working from home was not always encouraged by managers, despite the fact that we were supposed to wfh due to lack of space in the office.

  7. "Challenging & dynamic company"

    Cons

Very agile environment that is not made for everybody if you don't like changes
