      Opportunity to create some unique work given Brazil's tech scenário Some really smart people to learn from Excellent possibilities to be exposed to new technologies

      Cons

      1. The worst RH you can imagine - they are a joke. 2. The worst Directors you can imagine - The Finns are there just for the money - everybody knows that they were 3rd grade employees in Nokia and they behave like they are world grade executives. A bad joke. The Brazilian Managers? Well, good guys, but not up to the task and still there only to milk the cow. 3. Overall bureaucracy is crazy dumb 4. Bad performers, bellow standards employees are never fired

      Be exposed to the latest technology in mobile world Work with several teams across the globe Be part of relevant research projects Have time to explore personal goals Good balance of personal and professional life

      Cons

      Finnish management is clearly under prepared A lot ( A LOT ) of people that don't do anything ( too many managers of none ) Too much bureaucracy Really weak IT and Facilities team Poorly, not inspired offices Really weak HR team Really poor systems to be used by the employees
