    Pros

    Hyatt will always make you feel included and valued as an employee. They create a family environment and your bosses will generally always truly care about you. The pay is competitive enough but nothing outstanding. People stay because of the welcoming environment, not the pay.

    Cons

    If you are in sales get ready for some pressure. Hyatt expects you to make your numbers and if you aren't they will put you on a performance improvement plan. This can be extremely stressful and drives good managers away. However, if you are fairly consistent in succeeding then you won't have to worry about this punishment.

    Pros

    I do feel cared about and respected at Hyatt compared to other companies I have worked for. Hyatt does focus on the employees and celebrates successes. They take the time to plan fun activities outside of the normal job duties.

    Cons

    Not the best paying company.
