    Pros

    Though i joined this company virtually and haven't been to office physically due to Covid Pandemic , i have got best team mates at my work.This is all due to the excellent work culture of Huron.And biggest congrats to the Human Resources team , which has managed virtual joining so easily. Excited to work for Huron in coming days and help myself grow better. #VirtualOnBoarding #WorkFromHome #HuronBestCompanyToWorkFor #WFH#Huron

    Strong organizational leadership Growth Opportunities Effective Management Great PTO Policy Frequently see former employees return to work for Huron after leaving.

    Cons

    Travel can be exhausting, but no different than the demands at any consulting firm.

    Pros

    Compensation and benefits was above average.

    Cons

    Muddy picture of company. Many acquisitions, doesn't seem to fit together. No professional development. Stay away from employee stock purchases (always lost money on these despite the EPS and growth of company even after 6 years).

    People in the office were good; however, many talented people have been leaving the company

    Cons

    Leadership team is uninspiring and seems not to care about their employees. There are limited development opportunities and depends on which senior team members you work with.
