      Pros

      Mid and junior level teams are hardworking and committed.

      Cons

      Work life balance is non existent. Upper Management is inconsistent with direction of the company making it difficult to achieve goals and stay on the same page. Transparency of roles and responsibilities as well as employee expectations are not provided even when requested. Diversity is lacking in senior roles.

      Pros

      The people I work with. It's like my second family. The discount is pretty good. It's even on top of sale items.

      Cons

      No support from upper management. Salaries are not very high in comparison how much work there is constantly from the company. A lot of micromanagement.

      Pros

      They are all about customer service and they provide you with great trainings to help you become a great employee. Base and commission pay really makes a difference.

      Cons

      Upper management does not really look into how store managers are running their store, and pretty much let them run the store how they want even if there are some unfair things going on. They say they like to promote from within but it comes down to who the store manager wants to hire. Retail is getting worse as time passes in regards to work/life balance.
