      Best place to socialize and hook up, not to work

      office location and building are good

      Cons

      favoritism and no respect. poor upper management to allow these things to be going on, managers giving shots of alcohol during business hours, managers having sex with employees, long lunches being taken, no accountability for people who are clearly not working and pretending to work. managers talking about employees to other employees. promote the wrong people. long hours, not trained, under staffed and under paid. Alot of hanging out, playing video games and doing homework and talking instead of working.

      Great people to work with. Good Benefits. The company tries to keep that 'family' feeling.

      Cons

      We need better communication between the NSC & Operations. We can't continue to manage the business from the Bottom up. Executive management needs to accept the negative things that are happening in the field and force them (Ops) to follow the rules that are set forth. There needs to be more gender and racial diversity on the Executive management team. There is 1 female Executive VP and 0 female SVP in Ops, the rest are all male. The CEO has worked at 1 place and that's at The Hudson Group. He needs a little more experience under his belt by working at other retailers to see how structure should work.

      This is the worst job I ever had do not work for them. You deserve better than working here. The turn over rate is so high it's not even funny.

      Cons

      Multiple people ended up in the hospital and mental hospital with all the drama they put us through. They are liars.
