they give you free training they usually give you feedback
Cons
Scheduling sucks! They will send you 60 miles away from your location and not cover your gas or value your time. You will then return to your home location for a second shoot to drive 60 miles away AGAIN for the third! They got fudge in place of brain.

HouseLens is one of the industry's leading companies, so working here puts you at the forefront of what's happening in real estate. And because the company is still relatively small, with management that doesn't pigeonhole people, there are many opportunities to participate in projects or learn skills that you might not learn in the same position at a larger company. Even the top leadership is highly engaged and approachable - everyone works in an open environment, and both the President and CEO are good at taking feedback and answering tough questions. Lots of really nice people here. Folks are good at what they do, care about their jobs, and have fun together. We spend a lot of time laughing. Work-life balance is encouraged and modeled from the top down. Management has assisted many employees with special working arrangements for births, adoptions, or health situations.
Cons
Working at a small, fast-growing company is not for the faint-hearted. Some days are long or really intense, and workload tends to be pretty heavy. You have to be very smart, nimble-minded, and focused to juggle all your responsibilities. There's no precedent for some decisions because the company is often on the leading edge of the industry. The amount and pace of change can be high. It's all normal for a company of this type, at this stage of its development. But for folks who require a high level of consistency or certainty, it may be too stressful. Depending on how people want to advance their careers, or what skills they want to learn, the small size of the company may limit those opportunities.
