    Advice to Management

Former management was great, current not so much. Maybe consider taking care of your employees if you want them to take care of your buisness.

I worked at Holiday Inn Express full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

I enjoyed my time here as a housekeeper. While the work was hard, it was a fun atmosphere. Everyone working here made it feel like a family, from the bottom to the top.

    Cons

My only complaint would be inconsistent hours during the slower season, but I was told to expect that during my interview and orientation.

    Advice to Management

No real advice, just keep doing what your doing in treating everyone like human beings, not just another number.

    Pros

BONUSES every month, had to make sure our heartbeat score (online reviews) were above 70% or if your name is mentioned in a review, it was a good pay check every time(not sure every hotel does it), on my phone almost the entire time (in the back) my manager was cool, you need to learn the Opera system i believe I learned the basic in a month after that you know what you are doing. I mostly did 3-11 so I’m by myself at the hotel. every enrollment we get points added to our IHG account (I had about 80,000pts used them for airline miles) the employee rate is awesome the lowest is like 39$.

    Cons

Spire members are COLDHEARTED ALWAYS WANT SOMETHING, a lot of people quit so you have to come in or even work doubles/split shifts, schedule almost always changes, sometimes strict on enrollments, overbooking, third party guest. did not give me a raise I well deserved it.
